Favorite water bottle?

Nalgene wide mouth bottles so I can get them really clean. Narrower mouth bottles are harder to keep clean. Also, they are BPA free.

I have a 32 oz Nalgene wide mouth bottle with a splash guard insert. I love how durable it is, the marking of ml and oz on the side, and it is easy to clean (like the poster above mentioned). What I don’t like is how it doesn’t fit in any kind of cup holder.

I like my 20 oz Tervis Water Bottle. Very durable. Can sip out of it without using a straw.

I have an Rtic 40oz tumbler. I love how it holds temperature whether it's hot or cold. It fits well in cup holders and a huge plus is it doesn't sweat!

Nice Looking, and it works well too? Maybe I need to fix up another BP store order!

I've used this one for a few weeks and really like that it doesn't smell, doesn't leak, doesn't sweat as much as my aluminum bottles, it's easy to clean and doesn't get dinged up every time I drop it. It also fits into my car's cup holder which is a big plus.

Thanks for the recommendations! I like fancy thin pretty ones but cleaning them are a nightmare lately.

Get a camel back Water bottle with the straw you have to bite down to drink water because you can sip all day and since you have to bite down on the straw no air ever gets in the straw ❤️

Also, I love my Bubba 26oz insulated steel Water bottle. It truly does keep water cold for 20 hours and stuff hot for 7 hours. Self-tested, lol. BUT, I dropped it from my bicycle and the lid cracked and now it leaks if not kept upright. :(

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
