ohjuly7878 20 Posted June 5, 2019 Hi friends; I'm about to start pureed stage tomorrow. RD's talked to me about pureed chicken/fish. They didn't mention pureed red meat. I sent them a message to ask, but also thought I would ask here: did anyone eat pureed beef (small amount of course) in the puree stage (2-3 weeks post op)? Thanks! 1 FluffyChix reacted to this
FluffyChix 17,415 Posted June 5, 2019 Others will be along to advice. In the meantime, let me ask what's wrong with "bassomatic" for pureed fish! hehe 3 FluffySaysForkIt!, Cheeseburgh and ohjuly7878 reacted to this
NYJenn 1,463 Posted June 5, 2019 Puréed meat? Yikes. That doesn’t sound good at all 1 FluffyChix reacted to this
GradyCat 3,695 Posted June 5, 2019 I never did anything pureed. I still have trouble with red meat, specifically steak, because of its density. 1 FluffyChix reacted to this
JanJan19 205 Posted June 6, 2019 My instructions say it's fine. Sloppy joe mixture, meatloaf etc. 1 FluffyChix reacted to this
renjenn 41 Posted June 6, 2019 Some nutritionists say to wait on the Beef and pork because they are harder to digest. 2 ohjuly7878 and FluffyChix reacted to this
