Hi friends; I'm about to start pureed stage tomorrow. RD's talked to me about pureed chicken/fish. They didn't mention pureed red meat. I sent them a message to ask, but also thought I would ask here: did anyone eat pureed beef (small amount of course) in the puree stage (2-3 weeks post op)? Thanks!

Others will be along to advice. In the meantime, let me ask what's wrong with "bassomatic" for pureed fish! ;) hehe

Puréed meat? Yikes. That doesn’t sound good at all

I never did anything pureed. I still have trouble with red meat, specifically steak, because of its density.

My instructions say it's fine. Sloppy joe mixture, meatloaf etc.

Some nutritionists say to wait on the Beef and pork because they are harder to digest.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...
