Sam.is.sassy 26 Posted June 5, 2019 Does your surgeon think you will have a good weight loss with the revision? It seems to be missed opinions about what to expect
alex76 184 Posted June 6, 2019 I'm scheduled for RNY on July 3. I began my process in Feb with the seminar, and I'm relieved and excited that my day is finally coming up. I'll be in the hospital for 2 nights, so I'll be watching 4th of July fireworks on TV in my hospital room lolsw: 311cw: 2805'7Female 42 yrs. oldSent from my SM-N960U using BariatricPal mobile app

NYCGAL000 59 Posted June 10, 2019 Im not nervous at all. I already had the sleeve and that was the easiest thing I ever did so im not nervous plus my surgeon is brilliant. I'm sort of looking forward to it lol 2 KarenLR75 and allies journey reacted to this

I'm sort of looking forward to it lol I have had 2 c-sections (last one 5 years ago). My worry is more for scar tissue and pain management afterward! Plus I am a nurse in the hospital where I am having the procedure so of course that gives me a little nerves. I am super excited for the journey though! I can't wait. You are having yours done in Mexico? 1 KarenLR75 reacted to this
NYCGAL000 59 Posted June 10, 2019 Yes, I went there for my sleeve and I got better care then i ever got here in America! my insurance doesn't cover bariatric surgery so I go to Dr Illan. he is a brilliant dr and the hospital is beautiful. 1 allies journey reacted to this

It seems to be missed opinions about what to expect I’ve seen the mixed opinions as well, and it honestly made me nervous, while waiting for my revision. I was revised VSG to RnY 6/4 and my one month was 29# including pre op diet, 15.2# since day of surgery. My VSG pre op and first month was 29.9# and I weighed 60+ lbs more with my VSG. I’m feeling good about it. 2 1 KarenLR75, allies journey and Losingit2018 reacted to this
