sillykitty 10,776 Posted September 19, 2019 My experience with all inclusives is similar to @ms.sss's. The food isn't good enough to be all that compelling. But the alcohol on the other hand .... 2 ms.sss and FluffyChix reacted to this

Funny, I was thinking about this too. Wine: check. Bread: most likely check. I have had bread-like things before (ie., breading on chicken wings, crackers, CAKE), so I *may* likely be OK in this regard? But I haven't had soft/doughy bread yet... Pasta/Rice: ??? I really don't know how my tum will react to these... BUT: I think I'm just going to wait until I get there to try them, as I decided to go low-cal/low-carb until we leave (btw, am secretly relived no one pointed the anorexic finger at me), the decision has placated my (totally irrational) anxiety for the moment. Mr. told me this afternoon that I am reacting the way I normally do when things are sprung on me: I go into hyper-planning mode. He's probably right, which means this agitation I'm feeling will pass as soon as I get used to the idea *crosses fingers* 16 hours ago, sillykitty said: I had Pasta, pizza, gelato, pastries, wine, beer every day, sometimes all in one day. CAN'T. WAIT. 16 hours ago, sillykitty said: I enjoyed every minute of it, no regrets. ^^ This even more. 2 1 sillykitty, Sheribear68 and FluffyChix reacted to this

Walking around in a bikini does wonders for the confidence (and walking around in a bikini is soooo much easier when everyone else is in a bikini too) 1 1 DaisyChainOz and FluffyChix reacted to this

Sheribear68 3,201 Posted September 20, 2019 Omg guys. Seriously this body would never be bikini ready without plastics. Now maybe some of us could find a place offering BOGO plastics ..... 🤣🤣🤣🤣 It’s weird though. The prospect of going to DC and geeking out in museums and historical sites is appealing to me more than endless rum drinks. I feel “safer” planning something where I’ll probably get in over 15k steps daily and the endless food and booze won’t be there 2 1 FluffyChix, ms.sss and Cheeseburgh reacted to this

FluffyChix 17,415 Posted September 20, 2019 Update! Lol 😂 After “giving up” on making Goal#3 of 130lbs and upping my goal 3 to be 135lbs, calling maintenance, my weight started dropping over the past 2 weeks. This morning I woke up to 130.4lbs! Ha! I’m now calling Official Goal #3 Original (130lbs)!!! Let the “for reals” maintenance begin! And no illness was involved this time! Two weeks ago I was at 139, up from 134 after a 4day shenanigans week!! Feels so great!!! 6 3 Sheribear68, catwoman7, Cheeseburgh and 6 others reacted to this

This has been a pattern I've seen quite often on here...people decide to stop losing weight, but keep losing weight beyond goal anyway. Congrats, you must be feeling all that today! 1 1 Frustr8 and FluffyChix reacted to this

Stella S 612 Posted September 20, 2019 Enjoy the goal for more than a fleeting moment Ms Fluffy. On the subject of cruises and all inclusive. I support endless steamed shrimp and adore those amazing cooks that will make m omelet all day with my choice of add ins. Everything else is just not worth it for me. 2 1 1 sillykitty, ms.sss, FluffyChix and 1 other reacted to this
