May weight Loss Buddies

Hi, I just have a question about how much you can all get in. I am 7 days out Lapband to RNY. At this point I tolerate maybe 3-4 bites of Jello, sips of a Protein Drinks. I am just not hungry or thirsty. I just sip sip sip all day. At this point my guidelines say 3 drinks a day between three meals with a 1/4 of a cup of something cottage cheese or yogart. Not a chance I could do this. Could you all? Just wondering if I am behind and not pushing it enough.
