Post Op weight lose

Hi all, i just wanted a sanity check if possible

Pre operation i weighed in at 136kg, after the 2 weeks of liquid on the day of the op i weighed in at 127kg. The operation was on the 1st of May and as of today i weigh 116.5kg.The reason i ask is that i weigh myself every second day and for the past 3 times i have only lost 500g each time, is this normal weight lose?

Everybody's weight loss is different because there are so many factors including how much you weighed to begin with, your age, and your gender. It varies a lot. Just follow the program and it'll be fine.

My surgery day twin was male. He went on to progression on his diet first, hit his goals quickly, seemed to be having perfect recovery, and I was jealous. Then I finally realized his path would not be,my path, as long as I listened to my,own surgeon, followed his plan things would still be Okay. And they mostly are.
