Does anyone know where I can get liquid supplements? Aside from Multi Vitamins. I need Folic Acid, Biotin, etc?????

Try Nutritional supplements for Gastric Bypass Bariatric Surgery Patients from Bariatric Advantage They have tons of different varieties and some are chewable. They are designed for us with the lapband or bypass.

I take the vitaband chewables. I don't particularly care for the watermelon flavor so I will be switching to the lemon once my 90day supply is done (ugh). My doc also told me to take an additional Calcium supplement so I take the Viactiv chocolate chews (yum).

Originally I started with flintstone gummies which were tasty but didn't give me enough of what I need.

I agree with the above post, always do your research. Some people take different kinds of over the counter Vitamins and it is not good for them it actually makes them difficient. go to www.bariatricadvantage.com and even call them they will help answer any questions you have about nutrition.
