regina1 12 Posted June 21, 2019 I am two years out and I take a drink of milk if magnesium every night and follow it with some Water. It is probably about I tbsp nightly. I have found this keeps me regular. I also eat veggies with every meal including Breakfast. One veggie in particular that gets my stomach moving is cauliflower especially riced.
