One serving of Benefiber only gives 3g and the suggested amount per day is 3 servings (9g). I don’t wanna get stopped up. Wasn’t bothering the past couple weeks. 25g sounds good. People early out from WLS probably don't get nearly that much because we have to focus so much on our Protein requirements (actually, most Americans in general probably don't get that much every day). GradyCat 3,695 Posted May 26, 2019 That's so funny that you mention this because on Friday I went out and bought some Atkins Plus Protein Shakes because they have 30 g of Protein (my GNC ones has 25 g) and 7 g of fiber (my GNC ones have 3 g of fiber) and wanted to see if the extra fiber was beneficial. I had a Think Thin Protein Bar ( at least 12 grams of fiber) I was sick as a DOG.. the only thing I could think of was it had to have been the fiber..
