I saw this graphic and thought it was a good one to share, especially for those members here who are pre-op and exploring whether or not WLS is for them.

At 5.5 months post-op sleeve I have already gotten rid of my Acid Reflux/GERD, no more sleep apnea, and no more Migraines. I can't wait until I see my primary to get labs done to see how my cholesterol and other labs have improved.

WLS was definitely the right choice for me.

This - or a similar graphic - was shown at the last info session I went to (I went to three or four so I could check out different surgeons, as they were the main presenters at these sessions). It was this graphic that confirmed to me that this decision was a no-brainer. I got the ball rolling on it the next day.

A similar graphic is what sold me on it too. I know it's generalized info, but it got me to take the leap and ask for a referral.
