KCgirl061 1,532 Posted May 16, 2019 Sorry hun, I'm just a little confused. You said you had your surgery 2 months ago but list the date as April 21? I'm guessing you meant March 21? Either way, stalls can be normal. Make sure you are tracking your Protein and calorie intake. You are still early in your journey and this takes time. You still have months to go in your honeymoon phase so at this point I wouldn't stress the stall. 4 Frustr8, rosierose30, Orchids&Dragons and 1 other reacted to this

GradyCat 3,695 Posted May 16, 2019 Stalls are a normal part of the process, even though we hate it and we may be doing everything right with exercise, Water, Protein, and calories. They still happen. Don't let it worry you. 3 Orchids&Dragons, sillykitty and rosierose30 reacted to this
