I thought that too. I started treating myself to once a week, then it was twice a week, now its back to everyday. Frustr8 7,886 Posted May 16, 2019 Well I had half a bottle of caramel Protein Shake, told myself I needed the Protein it contained. Made Decaf Constant Comment and poured it in .
