I am HORRIBLE about taking my Vitamins. So many pills and they fill me up soooooo much. So I recently got the Tespo Vitamin dispenser with the bariatric vitamin bundle....tastes soooo good and will make it soooo much easier to take my vitamins!

Glad you like the bariatric Tesoo Vitamins. I actually threw my machine away (after trying to sell it) because I couldn't stand the taste! It's a clever little machine though!

I actually took my Vitamins every day for 31 days, that is the first time it's happened on probably 2 years or more. And I can feel my energy again. The pills were just too much I hated taking them. This made all the difference.

So you do the bariatric twice a day and the regular women’s multi once a day at the same time at the bariatric? I noticed it has the Calcium in it so I’m guessing we can’t use it until a month post op
