Jezzabelle360 84 Posted May 14, 2019 2 months post surgery. Got cleared for raw veggies. Thinking of having some cauliflower. I wanted to gauge others experiences first.Sent from my LG-Q710AL using BariatricPal mobile app
gabybab 696 Posted May 14, 2019 I'm 11 weeks post-op and I haven't had any problems with raw vegetables. I dont eat a lot, because I don't have a lot of room. I hope you enjoy!
CurvyMom 386 Posted May 15, 2019 I like to eat veggies before lunch some days...usually I eat half a red pepper sliced up with some ranch. Red pepper is my favorite. I will roast asparagus with dinner a lot and usually only eat one or two spears . Cucumbers are okay too but I have to peel them. Tomatoes chopped up small mixed with something. Mostly I enjoy raw veggies....but I will eat cooked. Carrots are a definite no for me- no matter how I have made them I get sick. Whichever you try just chew it really good
