I have no stitches there so I know it's internal.. any one else going thru this and how long does it last and what did u do to ease the pain? I'm on a heat pad constantly.Sent from my LM-X410(FG) using BariatricPal mobile app 1 Frustr8 reacted to this
Stella84 31 Posted June 3, 2019 Yes. I had surgery May 1. Had no pain to speak of (mild incision pain where my lapband port was removed) but just three days ago I started getting a stabbing pain just below the belly button. Did yours go away? 1 Frustr8 reacted to this

Shanda_2019 77 Posted June 3, 2019 I’m experiencing the same pain right now. What is causing this ? I called the dr office and the PA said it could just be muscle pain to use a heating pad. It’s crazy because where the pain is there is no incisions.
Frustr8 7,886 Posted June 3, 2019 Yeah muscle pain or a lot of 3-renforcing stitching internally, as you continue healing they do start to pull. I am a great believer in warmth therapy, my family said I must be part cat and there are some who just accuse me of being Catty and Those are the people who believe they have a personal mandate from God to run things and that my life especially needs guidance. But there are a few of them in most every family. 2 Shanda_2019 and 1-Chance reacted to this
