Taranurse 1 4 Posted May 13, 2019 I am 2 weeks post-op, and don’t see my surgeon for another week. I am having a huge aversion to LiquaCel. I bought cottage cheese, hummus, and chicken salad in bag (which I was told is close to puréed). What should I try first?

Read the label of the store bought stuff and home made cooked Beans will have more protien and flavor than the hummus..especially with a bit if finely grayed cheese on top. Hope i helped a littleSent from my VS986 using BariatricPal mobile app
GradyCat 3,695 Posted May 13, 2019 I never actually pureed anything, I just went from liquids to soft food to solid food. I enjoyed cottage cheese, sugar-free pudding, Soup broth, and sugar-free popsicles.
toodlerue 452 Posted May 14, 2019 I just pureed what I made for the family. A roast puréed with the juice was amazing! Cooked carrots were good too!
