Happiest Girl 6 Posted May 16, 2019 So how is the pouch reset going? 1 FluffyChix reacted to this
Melissa W 27 Posted May 16, 2019 Great! It really helps you cut out the carbs. And I do feel like it's helping I feel a little more restricted. And the bonus is I've lost 6 lb since Monday. 5 froufrou, Healthy_life2, GreenTealael and 2 others reacted to this

FluffyChix 17,415 Posted May 21, 2019 And never overlook the power a big old glass of cinnamon apple tea with 10g of whole psyllium husks dissolved in them. I was starving this afternoon and realized I hadn't taken my psyllium yet. So so full now.
Melissa W 27 Posted May 22, 2019 I'm really interested in doing pouch reset. Can you let me know how you did it? ThanksIf you Google 5 day pouch reset it will tell you exactly what to do. To be honest I LOVE carbs. What it really did for me the biggest was help me get myself to stop so many carbs. So now I am watching how many carbs I am eating. I don't eat more than 30 a day currently.... hopefully I can keep it upSent from my SM-G965U using BariatricPal mobile app 1 FluffyChix reacted to this
