bobby_hamrick 0 Posted January 25, 2005 As I said I would report in. I have not weighed and dont intend to until next Monday and I will be unexpectedly surprised! I'm hoping for 234lbs. The weekend was good as in I made 5 days of weights and cardio last week. Diet has progressively gotten better. I still had a couple doughnuts and some pizza too but no chocalate or margarittas and Mex food. That is the main problem for me. Time and patience my friends......I was pleased with progress.
