gabybab 696 Posted May 9, 2019 (edited) I had my surgery at 53 ten weeks ago and just turned 54. It was not the easiest recovery for me and I had minor bumps in the road, but I wouldn't change my decision to have surgery. I was very scared, even though I have had over 10 surgeries. But, trust your Dr and do what they say and I bet you will do great and come away very happy! I had a choice. Die on the path I was on or chose to do this to help prolong my life. Congrats & best wishes! Edited May 9, 2019 by gabybab 1 gloria-j reacted to this
