Plastic surgery after lapband......?

anyone have plastic surgery after losing alot of weight? i have BCBS of Texas and was wondering what it takes to have them cover a Tummy Tuck or breast lift after i lose my excess weight. any suggestions or comments would greatly be appreciated.
