curtains 12 Posted May 4, 2019 Hello, my kids (6 and 2.5) are all over my Protein pancakes (from a mix) and Protein Bars and Protein Shakes. I was wondering if they’re ok eating and drinking this stuff.

Danny Paul 761 Posted May 4, 2019 Get an app called Fooducate. You scan the bar code of foods and it rates the foods A - F and gives you the reason for the grade. If it isn't in the data base you can add it and they will research it for you. I use it when I go shopping for food. Remember, just because it sounds healthy doesn't make it so. 1 Cheeseburgh reacted to this

I’ll bring it up with my nutritionist too. Thanks for the suggestion, I am getting the app.
