Iwanttoseemytoes 36 Posted May 4, 2019 I have hit my longest stall so far. Six weeks, and I've really struggled this last week to stay on plan. Any suggestions to stay motivated and not lose my determination. This is such a battle of the mind. I just don't want to fall into my old habits that I've worked so hard to overcome. 1 lashawnw reacted to this
DuchessDeviance 50 Posted May 4, 2019 When I hit my stall I started looking for progress outside of the scale. I took my measurements, tried on clothes that had been tight, noticed that I had increased my walking speed on the treadmill, and I busied myself with meal and exercise plans for the coming weeks. They helped keep the frustration down. It had been my pattern to fall off my fitness plans when I reached a plateau so I’m determined to end that cycle now. allies journey 144 Posted May 5, 2019 Ramp up your exercise routine if possible or change it to something different. Like if you normally just walk do some workout videos, get out and garden, mow your grass just to change it up some. Sounds like your body is in a routine and it is happy with it. Just some thoughts!!Good luck Sent from my SM-G960U using BariatricPal mobile app
Iwanttoseemytoes 36 Posted May 5, 2019 Thank you ladies! I've decided to do No Weigh May! I've been working out and walking consistently since last August. I really don't want to be so consumed with the number on the scale. I think that is something I really need to work thru. I feel like I haven't weighed in years and it's been four days. May could be a long month!!
