suzysunshine123 11 Posted May 1, 2019 I need advice on what sleeve reset to do. I am a year and three months out. HW 330lbs SW 289 CW 234 GW 150 5’9 I lost 130 lbs very quickly and maintained that the last six months but did not lose any more. I was hospitalized with traumatic brain injury and within two months due to some med changes, gained 25lbs now plus 8 more. Is it possible to stretch out your sleeve that quickly? I went back to being hungry all the time and craving carbs and sweets and then fell back into eating them. Im trying to figure out what the best sleeve reset would be for me? Anyone with experience with this care to share?
GreenTealael 25,430 Posted May 1, 2019 (edited) Hi! Sorry for the tough road, i would highly suggest a full detox off the foods that are making you gain. Remove them completely from your diet (and home if you can) Join us here for motivation & accountability!!! Edited May 1, 2019 by GreenTealael
