Go with no more than 4 oz, 8 oz could and probably will reflux back up. Do you enjoy puking just when you're trying to move on? Believe you me, I can do enough for you and me together, I've had a stricture and things do not drain out well with a teeny tiny hole left. So I either stay on Soups and thin purees or wear it! Word.
