Maestro1279 5 Posted April 25, 2019 Today marks one week since my gastric bypass. It has been a rough start, but I’m feeling and getting better everyday. I make sure I’m walking at least 30 minutes every day. I am still struggling with hunger. But I assume —it is my hope— that the hunger goes away. I have 12 days until my first follow-up appointment. At that point, I hope the doctor will move me to the next level. I’ve dropped 10 pounds since surgery day. It’s a struggle, but I’m taking it one day at a time. 2 1 ElaineP, ErinshayWV and Aprilgal reacted to this

Palta 9 Posted May 8, 2019 Hi everyone, Hope you are doing better! If you don't mind me asking: when you guys refer to "struggling" quite a lot during the first weeks is to the physical aspect (pain/discomfort) or just the overall process of adjusting? I am trying to better to understand what to expect. Thanks.
