My doctor said not to worry about losing weight but I want to make it as easy as can be for them how did you shrink your liver what kind of diet did you do 2 months before the sleeveSent from my SAMSUNG-SM-J727AZ using BariatricPal mobile app

I knew my surgery date about 6 weeks ahead of time, so I "practiced" eating small meals with fewer calories during that time so it would come more naturally after I had the surgery. To shrink my liver my surgeon had me on a calorie-restricted 1500 calorie diet for two weeks prior to surgery with no fatty foods.
big_ange 77 Posted April 25, 2019 Nice.. Yeah my surgeon said he could do it no matter.. He didn't say to loose weight but from what I have seen on this platform . A lot of people say they did some kind of prescribed diet... Thank you GradyCatSent from my SAMSUNG-SM-J727AZ using BariatricPal mobile app 1 Frustr8 reacted to this
