If that was to me:

The first two are from one of our local parks in NE England, the last place is Brimham Rocks in the Yorkshire Dales. The rocks have been there for 320 million odd years, since before the land mass that is now Britain was south of the equator - can you tell I read the guidebook default_smile.png&key=c7f7f3b9d6cf127cae811ee1f47ab94bd104c6b640ca298b4b4f1076c40ef73e Here’s another couple from thereIMG_0329.thumb.jpg.7a1459b95dd8b09b30aa7dd83bf37a0a.jpg IMG_0325.thumb.jpg.12cb2ad196715e3efa4a20923c4060e9.jpg

So gorgeous. I feel at home and at peace under trees. Grew up near woods. Also love taking pictures, but never had a decent camera. Treated myself to a second hand Panasonic LX100 after lots of research. Take it on my walks just like you suggested, but need to learn to do more than just point and shoot :-)

LOL Yup. A few photog friends and I .

Every once in a while i go back to film to sharpen my skills and this time i decided to go super analog and low tech by using a disposable camera. You only get 27 shots and a list of tasks from the chosen challenge. No do overs

Winner is Crowned King/Queen of 1994

The pressure!! No do overs? Don’t know how they turned out until you get them developed? Wait, do drug stores still develop film??

Ahahahahaha I know right! No "instagratification"

& they sure do but I'll likely take it to a specialized photo shop

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
