Hello, i'm new to this site.

Having a difficult time getting back to my good eating habits. Any suggestions/tips??

A lot of people will do a pouch reset.

My advice is to write out your menu for the week. Maybe go to Pinterest to get ideas if you need them. But planning out my meals is my best strategy to stick to healthy eating. Otherwise it gets to dinner time and I'm at a loss for what to eat or make and just end up eating junk.

Plan your menu ahead of time, Snacks and meals and everything. Maybe even do a week or two of liquid diet like you did just post-op to reset things.

Thank you ladies, I’m going to try to plan my meals as I used to do. Also, thinking about doing the pouch reset for 2 weeks.
