I'm having stomach pain and I saw the Dr yesterday and she said to take the protonix for one more month and if it is not better they will do an endoscopy. I'm 2 months out. sillykitty 10,776 Posted April 23, 2019 I know many people who are both probiotics and GERD meds. Theoretically GERD meds should help probiotics be more effective.
