Hi all,
I am wondering what you all take for Vitamins and does anyone have a recommendation for a good GERD med that is less expensive?
I just put baking soda in everything that is acidic. Especially anything with tomatoes. It neutralizes the acid and you don't really taste it. I cook it in with spaghetti sauce and etc.

I gained 20 pounds and then leveled off. It feels like a good weight for me and I am happy.
