Tejee 32 Posted April 19, 2019 Hi everyone! I am currently almost 10 weeks post op and have hit a stall for the last two weeks. I'm trying so hard not to get disheartened but I dont know what to do. I FINALLY feel that my stomach has healed and am really trying to get my Water in and my Protein as much as I can. I also work out about 4 times a week if I can. Does anyone have any advice? I've introduced carbs into my diet but never go over 25 carbs a day...and my calorie intake stays around 700 or lower normally. Any help or guidance would be great. GradyCat 3,695 Posted April 19, 2019 Stalls suck. I've been in one for 3 weeks now at Week 16 and I want to keep the faith of staying around 700 calories and getting in my Water and Protein and working out but it's hard when the scale doesn't move.

Queenbee34 71 Posted April 21, 2019 I was warned about working out and having to low of calorie count. Sometimes your body will stop you from loosing because you are burning to many calories from working out. I don't know what you are doing as far as a work out but make sure to consult your dr's and nutritionist. They maybe able to help you thru your stall. 1 2019CD reacted to this
Screwballski 540 Posted April 21, 2019 You’re all doing fine! I cant begin to tell you how many stalls I’ve hit these last 11 months while working my program with very few slip ups! Guess what? As long as you’re doing what you’re supposed to, it all works out. Just follow your plan! You’re going to make it! Best Wishes!
