THERESAROBEY 3 Posted April 16, 2019 So is it me or are there other people in same boat. Follow the Protein intake. I don't eat a lot and keep busy at work. I got down to 153 and now I am back up to 158-159. I cant seem to motivate myself to get into a exercise program no matter what I try to do. Just no motivation but as I do not eat a lot I should still be able to drop this weight?? I am hoping when the weather gets warmer maybe I can try bike riding a few times a week to see if that helps with the stall. Any one in the same boat I would love to hear from you all to gather intel on how to get this off. I have a goal of about 125. 1 GreenTealael reacted to this
Wickedwinner 140 Posted April 16, 2019 I have a friend that had the same thing happen about a year out from the sleeve surgery. She started doing IF with carb cycling and has great success. I plan on doing the same when I’m further out. I’m at 4 months post op now. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Stella S 612 Posted April 17, 2019 Being active was key for me. That last 25 lbs was a test of perseverance and dedication and a whole bunch of tenacity. Also my weight goes up then goes down. So I will weigh 125 then hit 129 before I see 122. Exchange first 2 numbers and that is how I leapfrog down. Best of luck you will be able to do this now get moving🏋🏻♀️🏊🏻♀️🚴♀️
