dsapeg69 46 Posted April 15, 2019 Hello everyone, hope all is well I've been thinking about this topic for a few months now. I wonder if anyone who is losing the weight noticed that when shopping for clothes my mine is still thinking big sizes. Example, I go to buy a pair of jeans I go straight to sizes I used to be, like 16, then I find myself talking no your size is 2 then slowly I go over to the smallest size. I look at the clothes and still can't believe I'm that small now. Several times this happened to me ANYONE out there are going through eye adjustment on weight loss? Share your story. James Marusek 5,244 Posted April 15, 2019 As I was losing weight, I noticed that one of my NSV (non scale victories) was going in and buying a piece of new clothes that were slightly smaller than my current size. You know, the kind that if you took a deep breathe, you would pop a button on the pants. And then a week later, that piece of clothes would fit me like a glove. It was quite a thrill. 1 dsapeg69 reacted to this

It's a strange thing to adjust to your new smaller self. 1 dsapeg69 reacted to this
Colchabay 46 Posted April 16, 2019 Yes, I used to always stretch out my tops in the tummy and arm area before putting them on. Sometimes I still catch myself doing it even though my shirts are all plenty roomy now. I bought a size smaller t-shirt the other day and really strechef it out because I was afraid it was going to be too tight, it didn't need stretched at all, I could've even went down 2 sizes.
