My favorite coffee so far is a scoop of PB2, 2 scoops of unflavored Protein, and a splash of Cookies and cream protein. I get close to 30 grams of protein in starting my day. It is a huge difference how I feel and get through my day. Any recipes for yummy, no sugar coffee is greatly appreciated.

Honestly it depends on your Dr . I have seen tons of folks where their Drs said a little coffee is fine. So as long as you feel okay go for it but listen to your body when it says- Nope
