For those sleevers who have passed the abdominal pain, was it normal for there to be pain for a few hours each time you did a movement where you accidentally used your core.

I'm only 3 weeks post op and this has been the worst part for me so far.

So you have been blessed with no pain or soreness in the area of the deep incision when you moved your core faster than acceptable?

I am three weeks out and that is my biggest complaint. I am still really sore at my large incision site. Almost all movement has me in pain. Getting out of bed, up from a seated position and bending or twisting is extremely uncomfortable. The waist binder works well to hold everything together but u am still moving slowly because of the pain. Tylenol helps but I don’t want to take it everyday. 😕
