koketika 33 Posted April 10, 2019 For those sleevers who have passed the abdominal pain, was it normal for there to be pain for a few hours each time you did a movement where you accidentally used your core. jenifaoh 31 Posted April 11, 2019 I am three weeks out and that is my biggest complaint. I am still really sore at my large incision site. Almost all movement has me in pain. Getting out of bed, up from a seated position and bending or twisting is extremely uncomfortable. The waist binder works well to hold everything together but u am still moving slowly because of the pain.
