Megndanielle820 9 Posted April 5, 2019 I am having trouble distinguishing between hunger and nausea. Suggestions? I’m also having trouble with solid foods. They make me sick even though I’m taking tiny bites and chewing everything to death. 1 Orchids&Dragons reacted to this

Some of us transition much more slowly than others. If solids are making you sick, go back to the softer foods and try again in a week. Also, which solids are you trying? Some are much more difficult to process than others.
James Marusek 5,244 Posted April 5, 2019 Transitioning to the solid food stage can be difficult. There is no need to rush this transition. I found that softer foods (such as chili and soups) went down much easier than harder foods (such as steak and chicken), therefore I relied on these to a greater degree. I included some recipes at the end of the following article. http://www.breadandbutterscience.com/Surgery.pdf
