First week weight loss

Having weighed myself today, I find myself curious about other people's progress in their first week. I lost 13 lbs since my day of surgery, of which 3 were lost in the hospital. Admittedly, I'm a tall man, so that may skew things.

Well, I gained 10 pounda of Water weight in the hospital, so most of this week was shedding that. From surgery day to today, 7 days, I have lost 4 pounds. I actually expect that to go up a little next week.

Everybody's weight loss is going to be different depending on their starting weight, whether they're male or female, etc. I lost 7 pounds the first week.

I'm 5'1", and lost 7.4 lbs in week one post-op.

(I actually lost more on week one of my pre-op diet: 8.8 lbs. Go figure)
