My weight.Summer56 any type of repetitive movement over a period of time will increase your heart rate which is beneficial. Best thing to is to speak to a physiotherapist to help you identify the best exercises as well as what your target heart rate should be. Get it approved by your Dr. Start seated on a bed and work up to a chair.
