Check with your nutritionist, but for me with the sleeve and I'm a female it's 60 g of Protein daily

You're welcome. It's been almost 2 months and I'm still having trouble reaching my Protein and fluid goals. Dont be to hard on yourself. Good luck and God bless.

60 is the minimum for a woman, 60-80 range is what women need, however f you workout, your Protein needs go up. Try using myfitnesspal! Great app for tracking your nutrients, calories, macros, exercise...
