Catherine Wible 51 Posted March 31, 2019 Do you use the liquid or the powder? I still haven't bought it, I need it for my tea. I saw it at BJS and decided not to get it that day, now I am regretting it. I use both, depending on what I use it for. powder for baking, liquid in my oatmeal and such.Sent from my SM-N950U using BariatricPal mobile app

I think he is just looking foward to me being a cheap date. LOL! I am thinking seafood. Some baked or grilled fish and steamed vegetables. He can share his or I will have lots of leftovers to bring home. Sent from my SM-N950U using BariatricPal mobile app It is exciting to eat out the first time but also scary. I always check the menus out online before I go so I know there is something I can eat. I take all meals home and my husband likes it because he gets to take my leftovers for lunch. Just eat slow and chew well and mostly just enjoy! 1 Catherine Wible reacted to this
gabybab 696 Posted April 4, 2019 I'm wondering if you went out for the first time. I'm going tomorrow night and I'm worried. I'm five weeks and 4 days tomorrow🤞 1 Catherine Wible reacted to this
Catherine Wible 51 Posted April 5, 2019 I did end up eating out, but it was a spur of the moment thing, and I wasn't hungry. My husband was and ordered a Reuben. I had a bite of his corned beef, but just the meat, no bread or dressing. He still owes me a meal, lol. I most definitely was a cheap date that day. LOL Preplanning is the key. Check out the menu ahead of time, and plan what you can eat. Ask for a take out box with your meal and put what is more than you should/can eat in there before you even start to eat. Have a great time!! 1 gabybab reacted to this
Cheeseburgh 3,083 Posted April 5, 2019 The first few months I pretty much just ate shrimp cocktail every time I went out to dinner. 2 gabybab and Catherine Wible reacted to this
