Have the other 4 already started on the 28 day diet? Or are you waiting for more people to join?

I get that the rules mean that a person can’t have bariatric surgery at any time within the 28 days. They are not saying that a person doesn’t qualify if they have the surgery before or after. I hope that more people will join. This may help me to get motivated to get some more weight off.

No it officially starts on Thursday to give people time to sign up and such 😊 I have some personal friends in my group, so all I ask is that you don’t bring up WLS within the group because im being private about it and they don’t know I’ve had it 😊

If this was done 4 months ago, I'd have jumped on board My weight loss is a lot slower now, and I wouldn't be able to compete against the newly op-ed. Good luck to those that join, sounds like fun

I am just over 1 year out and my weight loss has slowed drastically. That is the main reason that I am looking forward to some motivation doing this

Not everyone who is involved is even post op or anything! Everyone is welcome and you only have to lose 4% to win and if you calculate it, it’s not much 😊
