buff099 2 Posted March 28, 2019 I have my surgery tomorrow...what type of restrictions will I have on movement? I know I can't lift more than 10 pounds but I do a bunch of daily stretches on my back for my legs and back. Was wondering if I could even do them. -MattSent from my Pixel 2 XL using BariatricPal mobile app 1 GreenTealael reacted to this
GradyCat 3,695 Posted March 28, 2019 Yes, you'll be able to do them, but your incisions might pull/feel the stretch a little at first while they're new and healing. 1 GreenTealael reacted to this

I'll ask the doctor this tomorrow but I'd really hate to stop doing my stretches more than just a couple days.-Matt 1 GreenTealael reacted to this

Do ask your doctor if you should be doing the exercises though...
