I start with my Calcium when I wake up with my B12. Then every 3 hours I take my Vitamins, then Calcium, then Vitamins again then Calcium. It took awhile to get used to it. I think sometimes, I even overtake them because I forget whether I took them already or not, so I just take them again. ngek. I use the app Medisafe to remind me to take pills and keep track of when I take them. I would forget my Calcium sometimes if I didn't have it. https://itunes.apple.com/us/developer/medisafe-inc/id573916949

mousecat88 2,281 Posted April 5, 2019 (edited) Flintstones!?! Crazy. I take Unjury opurity chewables. They are really cheap and once a day. I am probably going to switch to BariatricPal's multi pills, though, since it's "nicer" taking a pill than it is chewing a kinda tart Vitamin. Not sure - the chewables probably absorb better (?) I take a LOT of supplements (some to support exercise, some required, some because they were BOGO [LOL!]) and nothing has stopped the Hair loss. I think it's either inevitable or it isn't. mousecat88 2,281 Posted April 5, 2019 (edited) I take the following supplements: Super B Complex, Vitamin E, Vitamin D, Iron, Calcium, Potassium, Mag Citrate, Chia Seed Extract, Thyronine, Unjury opurity, Inosine, L-Arginine, Beet Root Extract, and Colace. Maybe others I can't even remember offhand. If I can keep track of all that nonsense, you can do eet! Get a pill organizer and carry it everywhere. Baritastic App also yells at me when it's time to take my Vitamins. Edited April 5, 2019 by mousecat88 1 Frustr8 reacted to this
KhaosG00B 30 Posted April 6, 2019 Can’t I just take the , Centrum Women (250 Count) Multivitamin / Multimineral Supplement Tablet, Vitamin in Amazon for $18.41. But since it’s not a chewable, wouldn’t I have to just crush it. Since a chewable would just get dissolved. And I’ll also have to be taking in 2 other pills. It makes more sense for me to get this one. Instead of the Flintstone ones. 1 Frustr8 reacted to this
catwoman7 11,220 Posted April 6, 2019 I could swallow most of my pills whole as soon as I got out of the hospital. The only ones I couldn't were ursodiol and those giant Calcium tablets. I'm not sure what size the Centrum Women's are, but if they're kind of small, you may just be able to swallow them. Centrum makes chewables as well, but not all places carry them. 1 KhaosG00B reacted to this
KhaosG00B 30 Posted April 7, 2019 Catwoman7 I was looking up the Centrum chewable ones but they didn’t bring as many. Actually the bottles where expensive if you take to count the number of pills they give. I think I was 60 pills. I think I will just buy the ones I was mentioning. I’ll get more for my money and it says take one a day. So it’s a good deal, at least I think
Sberryblond 14 Posted April 9, 2019 My surgeon and nutritionist said Flintstones aren’t acceptable because they’re made for children’s needs, not adult bariatric patients! I’m going to be taking Bariatric Fusion chewables, which also include the extra Calcium were to take also.
