How much weight did you lose before people noticed?

About 30 pounds when closer friends started to notice, about 40 when people I work with started to comment (nicely). I’m less than 10 pounds from goal now and everyone notices☺️ Had a few people introduce themselves to me that I hadn’t seen in years as they didn’t recognise me 😂

And now I have lost myself into Onderland, 199.4. Friday. late. And to me I LOOK stranger and stranger. This is the weight Dr Needleman especially and Valerie the Nurse-Practioner expected me to reduce to. Since they weirdly did not schedule me a clinic visit until August 14th , who KNOWS what size I may be then. Even I have nary a clue.👈😣👉

At 22 pounds, a lot of people started asking me if I had gotten my hair cut. ***I HAD NOT!*** LOL. They notice something different but haven't figured out it's my weight. Still wearing the same clothes. I could probably go down a size but my incisions are still healing and I prefer a loose fit for now. I'm still only 3 weeks post-op.

I've only lost a hair shy of 24lbs and my mother swears my face has slimmed down significantly and well as my sides a tiny bit. Of course...I don't see any difference.

At 30lbs it was very noticeable in my face. I think I lost 30lbs only in my face in that first month. lol. After 60lbs, that's when I started getting a lot of comments.
