Premier protein shakes/water

I never had an issue drinking tap Water after surgery but some people did due to an off taste. They used the Mio sugar free flavors and bought 3-4 different brands of bottled water. I did the same but never had to use them.

I love genpro unflavored Protein Powder. You can literally put it in ANYTHING and you can't tell. I add it to flavored water, coffee, any flavor of broth, yogurt, cottage cheese I could go on and on. It really opens up your flavor options!
