Pasta?

Has anyone tried the low carb Pasta in the shop? does it taste like cardboard?l

Haven’t tried that one but I have tried a lot of them. Best one I’ve found so far is one made from cauliflower and yellow lentils on Amazon. I’ll try to find a pic and post.

I have tried BariatricPal's cheese steak Pasta and it was really good. I'm thinking they use the low carb pasta. Give it a try, you can always send it back if you don't like it.

I haven't tried real Pasta yet since surgery 3.5 months ago, but I didn't know there were "fake" pastas out there. Good to know.

I was home in Tennessee last week and made a baked spaghetti for the family and I did eat a little. it blew me up like a balloon loll
