FluffySaysForkIt! 823 Posted June 15, 2019 I started Biotin and L-Lysine about 3 months before surgery and I am still taking it. It is too early for me to know what will happen Hair loss wise, but I was willing to give it a go. My regime was based on @GreenTealael 's post on hair loss with some interesting studies. If you search telogen effluvium you will probably find it. (Or maybe she will post it here- I wish she got paid per click for that post! Pretty sure she could take a nice vacation....) 1 1 GreenTealael and Frustr8 reacted to this

RoRoKitty 183 Posted June 16, 2019 I am one of the lucky ones I guess, no Hair loss (-although I cut my hair short in anticipation of what may come). I just got my Protein, Iron, calcium+vit D , B12 and my Multivitamins (hidropolivit in drops) and I am good 8 months out of surgery 2 FluffySaysForkIt! and GreenTealael reacted to this
Trix1017 33 Posted June 16, 2019 I started taking B12, Biotin, Iron and D3 prior to surgery along with a chewable Multi-Vitamin. Everything other than the multi-vitamin is sublingual and I’ve had minimal Hair loss, if any. 1 FluffySaysForkIt! reacted to this
