Hi first time posting, getting ready for my surgery but have concerns regarding my now eating habits, because I’m not really eating that much now and when I have the surgery I will need to work on that does anyone have any suggestions on what should I do

Take what the nutritionists tell you seriously and stick to 600-800 calories/day, with Protein being the main ingredient. Get your 64 oz of Water or liquids in each day.

Thank you for the suggestion, I’m going to try the timer for food and liquids. I need to learn how to drink more Water as well I feel I’m just a mess but trying to get it together: known as lightf

Hello. I just had my gastric sleeve surgery on 3-11-19. I am finding it (as of the last couple of days) easy to get my Protein and fluids. I’d like to suggest the Premier Protein Water. It has saved me many times. I am recovering in a hotel, in TX. My home is in AK. It’s been extraordinarily hard to fight my food cravings (with all the amazing food places here in TX), make changes, & use will power! Good luck with your surgery.
